This gilt was purchased at the Southwest Type Conference and was the Reserve Champion Yorkshire gilt and bred by Thompson Brothers. We felt that she was the best gilt at Belton.

This sow was purchased from Cobb's online sale in the spring of  2006 by Lorin White. We purchased her in 2007 she has a huge impact on our herd. We have 15 of her daughters and 10 granddaughters in our breeding herd. The Breed Champion at Tulsa, 6 seasons of the Grand Champion barrow at Caddo County, Champion barrow and 3rd overall at the Southwest District, Reserve Champion gilt at Southwest District, Class 1, 1st place boar at the Southwest Type Conference at Belton and many 1st place and premium sale barrows and gilts across Oklahoma and Texas came from this breeding of who "GRANNY." She still produces the kind that works today.
