Hargus Farms is a family owned showpig and commercial operation that is located in the central Oklahoma town of Byars.

We think that we have a great selection of pigs this Spring with 35 litters to pick from. We will be offering all pigs for sale off the farm on a "first come, first serve basis. We will also be attending the upcoming TKO Genetics sale.

What can we say about Contender. He has surpassed what we expected him to do. his first pig crop sired several champions and reserve champions. He had Grand Champion or Reserve Grand Champion over six counties and the second highest selling crossbred boar at Belton now standing at Hi-Point. He also sired McLemore's $1700 cross gilt at OYE. We are expecting more great things out of him, especially from his daughters, many of whom we have bred to Bruiser 56-1.

We will have a good selection of pigs sired by Bruiser this Spring and he will be used heavily this Spring for our Fall litters on our Contender gilts. Be sure to watch for these litters this Fall.

We will also have pigs out of Real Deal and our Tug Boat boar that we retained. We will keep you advised on them.
